Gay Campisi, President – Letter from Steve Levy at the Town Meeting which is 3/12 @ KP High School. The Superintendent meeting and the school budget funding is still unknown. The Smithtown News stated Districts were given money from the Stimulus, there are lots of false reports as the money is not in yet. Donuts with Dad 8:30 AM on March 26th.
Playground Committee: ournewplayground.com up and running, the following fund raisers are being planned to raise money for our playground; once a year clothing by the pound. Ducks game, Golf Outing, Clam Bake Friday June 26th @ Long Beach, be sure to save the date. School store proceeds benefit the playground which is open every Wednesday from 11:30 – 1:30. Halloween party. Selling bricks and Spiritwear will also benefit the playground.
Arts and Ed: Local Artist is painting a mural by the Gym week of March 16th parents needed to help. Energy Program school wide. Japan Day is completed for the 3rd Grade.

The School Calendar for next year is available already. Memorial Committee on My 1st @ 4PM Dedicate the Library to Ann Littlefield. Board of Ed permission for a plague in Memorial Garden. Penny Schmidt’s family is donating two large benches. Upcoming Mural painting. There are 78-81 kindergartners enrolled. Damn Yankees at the HS was a great show!
